Yes! In fact, we are the largest of only three accredited Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the state of New Hampshire.

At our CCRC, we provide residents with a setting where they can live independently and still feel comfortable knowing that all of their future needs are covered. What is Assisted Living?
Assisted Living is an option for seniors who are in need of a bit more help accomplishing the activities of daily life, while still maintaining as much independence as possible. This means that our Assisted Living residents will enjoy the same great amenities and features that our Independent Living community members do, but they will also be able to take advantage of the additional assistance of personal care and amenities that include:

  • Single or double private rooms that can be decorated to each residents personal taste
  • Assigned parking
  • 24 Hour staff availability
  • 3 meals a day and snacks

  • Emergency response and 24 Hour security

What is Memory Care?
At Havenwood Heritage Heights, our Concord Memory Care program offers specialized care and assistance for residents who are living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other related cognitive illnesses. Each one of our certified staff members has been specially trained to meet the diverse needs of our residents in need of Memory Care services by developing resident care plans. They also work closely with our care management professionals to provide social work services, education and support for family members.

What Type of Memory Care Services Do You Offer?
Our Memory Care program is also available at Melody Lane. Here, residents who are in need of specialized care for cognitive impairment, dementia or Alzheimer’s can enjoy a safe and supportive living environment. Our Continuing Care Retirement Community in New Hampshire is dedicated to providing compassionate memory care in an environment that makes residents and their loved ones feel comfortable, valued and safe. Some of the Memory Care services we provide include:
