During the pandemic, Rev. Kimberly Wootan continued to offer forest bathing videos to residents online and through Channel 919. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forest Bathing was \u00a0birthed out of the Japanese Shinto tradition. It is a way to connect to nature using different guided method of communion. Research has shown that it is just as beneficial to see pictures of trees \u00a0(or videos) as to be in the forest.
