In my house, we\u2019ve gone through phases of \u201cThe West Wing,\u201d \u201cThe X-Files\u201d, and \u201cThe Office.\u201d&nbsp; We\u2019re on a \u201cCriminal Minds\u201d kick now.&nbsp; If you\u2019re not familiar with the show, it\u2019s a classic crime drama, following the FBI\u2019s Behavioral Analysis Unit.&nbsp; It\u2019s actually pretty fun to watch with others, as we share our suspicions and piece together the evidence throughout each episode.&nbsp; One unique feature of the show is that it begins and ends with a quote, as if each episode offers a profound life lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I certainly enjoy good thought-provoking or inspiring quotes, but I find myself feeling like the story of each episode, the twists and turns along the way to solving the crime, is enough.&nbsp; In life we can\u2019t always summarize our day in one line or find some profound meaning in each moment.&nbsp; I don\u2019t mean to say that we shouldn\u2019t be learning lessons every day or finding meaning in our lives.&nbsp; We should.&nbsp; But sometimes it\u2019s enough to get through the day.&nbsp; Sometimes it\u2019s enough to have a pretty crummy day and simply feel sad or upset or frustrated.&nbsp; Sometimes it\u2019s enough to just feel what we feel for no particular reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m reminded of the Lord\u2019s Prayer and the words \u201cGive us this day our daily bread.\u201d&nbsp; When we pray this, we\u2019re asking for just enough for today, without worry of tomorrow or thoughts of yesterday.&nbsp; This day, this moment, is enough.&nbsp; All we need is just enough to get us through.&nbsp; It\u2019s OK to pray for something to be just enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I invite you to pray for what might be just enough for you today.&nbsp; It might be something like, \u201cGod, please help me to just get through this next hour.\u201d&nbsp;
