"At long last, we finally got to see the Full Moon on one of our Full Moon Hikes. A large group gathered on January 31 to enjoy a delicious soup dinner with all the trimmings provided by Diane Drescher (thank you Diane!) before setting off for a walk around the Heritage Heights campus under the `Wolf Moon.` It was a perfect winter evening for a walk. The festivities continued when we returned to the Barrows Heritage Room for hot chocolate, brownies made by Diane, and spirited conversation." – Hal Carter

Wednesday brings HHH University on the American Revolution. Thursday includes Concord Public Library visits to issue/renew library cards and the silent comedy `Safety Last` with live music by Jeff Rapsis at 2pm.
Friday wraps up with World Concerns on Trump Tariffs and a second showing of "Age of Disclosure" documentary!

There`s a little Irish in all of us this time of year! 🍀 Our campus is decorated for St. Patrick`s Day, bright spring flowers are brightening up our indoor spaces, and some of our residents even made a snowgirl before the snow melts away. March really does bring a mix of everything!

"On Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, 12 Hikers hiked the Batchelder Trails. These trails, close to home, were exchanged for the previously planned Jim Hill River Walk and Lehtinen Trail. So far this winter has been more of an old-fashioned winter, giving us lots more snow and dramatic winter scenes...On this day, we walked a total of 3 miles on the Batchelder Trails. It was challenging at times as the trails were deeply covered in fresh snow, but the trees above were dressed in white. There was no wind, so everything was a still, winter wonderland....Beautiful!" - Valnere McLean
