Flavorful Meals Prepared by Excellent Chefs
We believe cooking is an art form. It takes finesse to put together a mouthwatering meal. That is why our senior living dining staff consists of expert and high quality chefs.
John Tuttle, the executive chef at Havenwood Heritage Heights, is a prime example. John completed his formal studies at the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburg, PA. He comes to HHH with extensive experience in hotel and fine restaurant dining in and around the Chicago area. After relocating to New Hampshire he continued his career with the Common Man family of restaurants as well as the privately owned Main Street Grille in Pittsfield, NH.
Tuttle is joined by a team of experienced cooks, all of whom are well-trained in cultivating bold, tasty flavors. They understand the importance of offering different cuisines and are instrumental in providing community members with a robust lineup of senior living dining options.
Healthy Food for a Healthy Life
Did you know that one in four older Americans is living with poor nutrition? Maintaining a balanced diet is important for people of all ages, but even more so for older adults. Research suggests that as we age, our bodies struggle to process vital nutrients.
Our chefs are dedicated to keeping you healthy. Each day, they prepare delicious meals that are rich in vitamins, fiber, minerals, and other essential nutrients.
But healthy food doesn’t have to mean boring flavors. In addition to nutrition, our senior living dining program prioritize choice, dishing up fresh salads, homemade soups, daily specials, and alternative menu options.
Meals can be customized to suit your individual wellness needs. We accommodate special diets such as low salt, gluten-free, vegetarian, and more.
