Every gift makes a difference to our residents
In addition to donating to our Annual Appeal, there are many other ways to support our mission at Havenwood Heritage Heights. Please contact our Development Office staff at (603) 229-1144 to assist you with any questions you may have.
Memorial Gifts
A gift made in memory of a loved one may be made in any amount. For gifts over $800, special arrangements may be made to add a leaf to the Havenwood Heritage Heights Tree of Life in the main lobby of the Havenwood Campus.
Charitable Bequests
Bequests or trust distributions may be made in a will in the form of a specific gift amount or a percentage of the donor’s estate.
Gift Annuities
Annuities allow the donor to receive an income and significant tax advantages while providing Havenwood Heritage Heights with a percentage of the total gift given. Annuities may be created from gifts of cash, securities or real estate valued at $5,000 or above.
Gifts of Property
Stocks, bonds and other securities may be given to Havenwood Heritage Heights while usually providing the donor with a tax deduction on the fair market value. Other gifts such as real estate and artwork may also be arranged.
Havenwood Heritage Heights is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), faith-based retirement community in Concord. We rely on the generosity of people like you to help with expenses which cannot be funded through the annual operating budget. We also have a special fund set aside to assist residents who outlive their own personal financial resources, to stay in their home at Havenwood Heritage Heights at a reduced or no cost.
