The South End Project: A Chapter Complete
In February 2025, we proudly welcomed our first residents to Phase 2 of the South End Project at Havenwood Heritage Heights. These new construction cottages represent the latest step in our Long-Range Plan to keep our community modern, competitive, and sustainable. As part of our commitment to excellence, Phase 2 builds upon the success of our previous expansions dating back to 2005, creating a legacy of continuous improvement and growth.
Working in close partnership with Cobb Hill Construction, Lavallee Brensinger Architects, and Wilcox and Barton Civil Engineering, we’ve created thirteen beautiful new homes that exemplify our dedication to exceptional senior living. The groundbreaking in December 2023 marked the beginning of this exciting chapter, and we’re thrilled to see these homes now filled with new friends and neighbors.
