Havenwood Campus
Havenwood is our original, close-knit neighborhood and one of the most idyllic places in Concord, NH, to call home. Situated on 13 acres of lush gardens, Havenwood features studio, one and two-bedroom senior home cottages. In addition to independent living, this campus also offers assisted living, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation and memory care.

Havenwood Living Options
You deserve to love where you live. That is why we offer a wide variety of sizes, architectural styles and pricing options. On our Havenwood Campus, you can choose from a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom senior home cottage. Some floor plans even include a garage and a full basement.
Located at the heart of our Havenwood Campus, the Lodge is home to 77 residences and our award-winning Main Street which includes a boutique, library, game room and more. The Lodge represents maintenance-free living at its finest. You never have to travel far for a chef-prepared meal or an exciting social event. As a resident, you will choose from one and two-room floor plans.

Health Services Center
Located on our Havenwood Campus on Christian Avenue, the Health Services Center provides Havenwood Heritage Heights residents with high-quality, one-on-one care if and when they need it.
Choosing Where to Live
It can be challenging to determine what level of support you need. Fortunately, we are here to help you navigate this transition.
Our Care Management Department is instrumental in determining which level of care is appropriate when a prospective resident applies for admission to Havenwood Heritage Heights. This initial assessment is based on health reports received from the applicant’s physician and an in-person interview by our nurses. Our Finance Office also reviews the applicant’s financial information. From there, the admissions team will advise the applicant on which of our accommodations is the best fit.
