Havenwood Heritage Heights is always looking for ways to better serve the residents and families of their continuing care retirement community. Of course, the most important issues at Havenwood Heritage Heights involves the COVID-19 pandemic. While the numbers in New Hampshire have stabilized, the virus is still around us. Therefore, it is critical for everyone to practice proper precautions. These include:
- Practicing social distancing whenever possible, staying at least six feet apart from each other
- Wearing masks as often as possible to reduce the spread of the virus
- Practicing good handwashing techniques, which includes using soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds in addition to alcohol-based hand sanitizers
Finally, Havenwood Heritage Heights is proud to announce that surveillance testing has been extended for an additional four weeks. There have been no positive tests and only one test that was inconclusive, which was isolated and addressed appropriately.
New Hires at Havenwood Heritage Heights!
In addition, Havenwood Heritage Heights is proud to announce a new hire! Tabitha Dowd is the new Director of Nursing at Havenwood Heritage Housing. Havenwood Heritage Heights is honored to have her as a member of the team. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the field, ranging from physician offices to skilled nursing facilities, acute care facilities, and more. She has a strong passion for quality improvement and continuing education. Her goal is to push the staff members to improve every day so that every resident and family gets care that exceeds their expectations. Tabitha Dowd is looking forward to improving the quality of care at Havenwood Heritage Heights, serving the individuals and families of the community every day.
Havenwood Heritage Heights is also honored to welcome Felicia Gennetti, who is the new Havenwood Heritage Heights Administrator! Felicia brings an unparalleled level of passion to Havenwood Heritage Heights. She has close to five years of experience in the field and earned her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She has a passion for senior living and is excited to be a member of the team! We are excited to welcome our new hires to our team!
