Today brought together a group of residents fondly dubbed “the Bucket Brigade”, to tap our 15 or so Maple trees on the HHH Campuses. We collect sap all spring and take it up to Maple Tree Farm
operated by Dean Wilber, located in East Concord to make it into syrup! We top it off with a community wide pancake breakfast in April!
